Posture Goals for this Week
1. Lift toes to check that your hip are stacked over your ankles.
2. Stair Walking:
Think about alignment of pelvis and spine to help you use the back of your body more.
Incorporate full diaphragmatic breathing to help with core stability.
Circulatory workout
Squats
Think about 4 things
1. Hit good posture alignment when you come up to standing every time- ears, shoulder, hips and ankles aligned.
2. Inhale-Diaphragmatic breathing as you go down.
3. The angle of your torso and your shins should be the same
4. dome your arches as you squat to help with the tibialis anterior.
After workouts or at the end of your day.
T8/T9 ELDOA
Push feet and sit bones down.
Push arms, spine and top of the head up.
To tension the Fascia apart.
Keep spine lifted so much that chest stays close to thighs.
Diaphragmatic breathing.
Work for 1 min.
