Service Description
Tuesdays at 6:30 / Feb 11th - March 4th. Commit to getting yourself through winter by reigniting the connection from your feet to the body above. Join me in this class where we use the Feetness method of exercise, to work your body from the ground up. This class will leave you feeling grounded physically and mentally, while also improving posture, balance and stability. Exercises in this class will focus on: -Foot fitness- strength and mobilization of your feet by targeting key intrinsic muscles. -Linking your feet to your body through leg, hip, and back exercises, leading up to the ultimate full-body move: The Squat. -Boosting balance with foot awareness and proprioception challenges. Purchase a package with all 4 classes and save.
