ELDOA
(Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretching)
Is a unique and effective exercise method designed to normalize (i.e. restore balance) and improve the health of specific joints. Developed by French osteopath Guy Voyer, ELDOA exercises focus on creating space within targeted joints—primarily the spine, hips, sacroiliac (SI) joint, and shoulder girdle—through precise fascial tensioning.
These exercises decompress the joints, improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing over function of an area and a sense of overall well being in your body.
