Join me and Upper West Side Health- an organization of practitioners aimed at encouraging a healthy lifestyle for our upper west siders of New York- for some Pilates in the Park.
These will be classes aimed at introducing Pilates to everyone. A class focused on moving while enjoying the outdoors.
Location at Riverside Park and 74th street.
Bring a yoga mat or a bath towel.
