What's this all about?

The goal of my exercise program:

To give information to runners on how to take care of their bodies with the impact that running can have on them. So they can keep running their hearts out!

 

The goal of our session:

To get feedback on an exercise program for runners in order to help me find where the information I have about training bodies fits within the running community. 

I'm not an avid runner but do have a lot of information that I think could be useful to runners. My training information is based on the biomechanics of the body and how to work with the body to move more efficiently. As well as how to teach others to take care of their bodies to prevent injury.
