FAQ

What is the ELDOA Method and how can it help with back pain?

The ELDOA method uses targeted exercise postures to create space around specific joints of the spine, helping you move with less tension and more ease. It can be especially helpful for back pain by improving mobility, posture, and how your body supports your spine.

Can you help me get back to exercise after going to physical therapy for an injury or pain ( Post Rehab Exercise)?

Yes. If you’ve finished physical therapy but don’t feel ready to exercise on your own, I can help bridge the gap. When needed, I coordinate with your practitioners and doctors, combining their recommendations with mine into one clear exercise plan that supports your recovery.
