How is ELDOA different from Pilates?

ELDOA targets specific joints and areas of the body that need support to improve their function. Pilates takes a more global approach, training the body as a whole to build strength, control, and coordination. Together, they can complement each other. Start with ELDOA to  address specific needs and then move on to Pilates for whole-body work.

Is ELDOA sutible for all ages?

Yes. ELDOA can be adapted for different ages, but it should always be tailored to the individual. I've worked with clients as young as 13 and as old as 87.

For children and young adults who are still growing, the approach is gentler and focuses more on posture, body awareness, and strength. At any age, exercises are modified to fit your body, needs, and goals.

What are the costs of adding ELDOA into my exercise routine?

The cost depends on how much guidance and support you need.

Through my Training Programs we incorporate learn ELDOA exercises into an exercise plan, with more support at first, then gradually move toward a more independent practice as your confidence and skills grow. As your level of support changes, so does the cost.
