THE PILATES METHOD
Pilates builds strength, control, and coordination by teaching your body to work as a connected whole.
My approach combines personalized Pilates with fascia focused methods, posture, and foot health to build strength that supports better movement for injury recovery, prevention and an overall healthy life.
Build Strength. Move With Confidence.

WHAT IS PILATES?
Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a movement method built around a simple idea:
The body works best when it works together.
And today, it remains a powerful way to build balanced, whole-body strength that supports how you move in everyday life.

Pilates builds strength while improving control, coordination, and body awareness. It can help support better posture and alignment, mobility, balance, and confidence in movement.
Why Pilates?
ELDOA exercises create space around the joints of the spine, supporting disc hydration and tissue health while relieving compression. It also improves posture, alignment, and strength—helping you not only feel better, but build the support your body needs to move with less pain long-term.

What should I expect from an ELDOA session with Laura as my trainer?
ELDOA exercises are individualized to the body in front of me.
I adapt each ELDOA exercise to your mobility, needs, and goals so you can practice it safely and effectively.
ELDOA exercises are integrated into my personalized Training Programs alongside other methods to create the right approach for you.
How often should I practice ELDOA for optimal results?
Like any exercise, consistency is key. Regular practice can help you get the most from ELDOA, but how often you practice should be tailored to your body, goals, and any injuries or limitations. Let's work together to find the right routine for you.
How is ELDOA different from Pilates?
ELDOA targets specific joints and areas of the body that need support to improve their function. Pilates takes a more global approach, training the body as a whole to build strength, control, and coordination. Together, they can complement each other. Start with ELDOA to address specific needs and then move on to Pilates for whole-body work.

Is ELDOA sutible for all ages?
Yes. ELDOA can be adapted for different ages, but it should always be tailored to the individual. I've worked with clients as young as 13 and as old as 87.
For children and young adults who are still growing, the approach is gentler and focuses more on posture, body awareness, and strength. At any age, exercises are modified to fit your body, needs, and goals.
What are the costs of adding ELDOA into my exercise routine?
The cost depends on how much guidance and support you need.
Through my Training Programs we incorporate learn ELDOA exercises into an exercise plan, with more support at first, then gradually move toward a more independent practice as your confidence and skills grow. As your level of support changes, so does the cost.
